    CANCELLATION POLICY
     
    If the Client needs to cancel the event, Client must provide immediate written notice to Caterer.  Client understands that upon entering into this Contract, Caterer is committing time and resources to this Event and thus cancellation would result in lost income and lost business opportunities in an amount hard to precisely calculate. Therefore, the following cancellation limitations will apply.
     
    If Client requests cancellation of this Contract 90 days or more before the Event, the Client shall be entitled a 100 percent refund of the Total Deposit.
     
    If Client requests cancellation 31-89 days before the Event, the Client shall be entitled to 50 percent refund of the Total Deposit.
     
    Cancellation 15-30 days in advance of the Event, Caterer shall be entitled to 100 percent of the Total Deposit wherein the Client’s deposit can be credited towards a future event for up to one year or as otherwise negotiated in writing upon notice of cancellation.
     
    Cancellation of 14-days or less in advance of the Event, Caterer shall be entitled to 100 percent of the Client’s deposit and 100% of any other payments applied to the total cost of the Event.
